Manfrotto 244MICROKIT (244-MICROKIT) Micro Friction Arm with Anti-Rotation Attachment and Nano Clamp Kit. This is a solid and highly dependable photo variable friction arm that comes with an Anti-Rotation Attachment and Nano Clamp. It gives you everything you need to quickly pan, point and shoot – all in one package. 
This 15cm (5.9-inch) friction arm is compatible with interchangeable 1/4" attachments and comes supplied with a 1/4" adapter at one end well as special anti-rotation adapter at the other end. Includes is a Nano Clamp 386B-1 and a hex key for changing adapters.
The Anti-rotation system is compatible with Manfrotto products including 055 series, 190 series, and 386B-1 Nano Clamp. The unique shape of the Anti-rotation adapter allow the equipment to be securely interlocked so the arm will not rotate anymore. 
Safely accepts payloads of up to 3kg.
