Its 1100 cd/m² brightness is high enough for exterior viewing, and the wide viewing angles of 178° make it easy for multiple crew members to watch the footage simultaneously. The rear of the monitor sports a detachable cover for a video transmitter and dual Sony L-series/NP-F battery plates.
